Most recently serving as an Adjunct Industry Professor for Illinois Tech, Armand lectures in Food Product Development, and in Food Operations Performance Management. He has over 35 years of food industry experience working in the field of product development and food processing for multinational corporations such as Unilever, PepsiCo, and Linde/Praxair. Armand received his Bachelor degree in Biology from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, an M.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts, and his M.S in Food Engineering also from the University of Massachusetts. He is now based in the Boston area and looking forward to mentoring food founders across the supply chain.
