Professionally, Michael helped build HubSpot from 2010-2020 and worked personally with hundreds of small businesses to help them grow. He served as a VP of Customer Success and a VP of Product, with experience ranging from customer support, to account management, to product development, and internationalization. Personally, it's always been all about food, the food system, and production. Nowadays, Michael is grateful to combine his software-as-a-service experience with food-as-a-calling passion to help and advise growing software businesses in the food space.
